The Print Shop was established 15 years ago to support The University of Manchester's printing needs. We offer fast, high quality, cost effective printing services in both colour and black and white to University and external clients.
The Print Shop prints from both hardcopy originals and digital input. Both options allow for high quality laser printing with 600 dpi resolution and a rated speed of up to one hundred and thirty-five pages a minute. Our digital scanner converts hardcopy originals into digital masters. Digital enhancement often results in output which exceeds the quality of input. Meaning we can offer superb reproduction of photographs into black and white and colour.
Finally, we also have the capacity to store regularly repeated jobs and can offer a number of different finishing options (cutting, stitching, spiral and tape binding).
